Pici “Fatti a Mano” con ragout di vitello e tartufo nero - truffle and pasta are always good friends (if you like the taste of truffle 😅)
Melanzana al forno - baked eggplant, eggplant is always one of my favorite, it’s actually a side dish, a very good choice apart from common chips and salad
Desserts
Tiramisu - amount of chocolate is just right, just can’t resist
Cream brûlée - the sugar layer is a bit too sweet for me
