We came here craving beef noodles and left very happy with our meal.The menu offers many items and a good few variations of beef noodles. They range from the house special that costs over $150 a bowl, to the $50 a bowl standard.We chose to have a bown of brisket noodles and a bowl of tendon and beef noodles. We ordered both with wide noodles and pickles. We also ordered a side of fried beef buns.The bowls came out and we mixed our pickle into the broth. The brisket was tender and toothsome,

The bowls came out and we mixed our pickle into the broth. The brisket was tender and toothsome, but the tendon was a joyous gelatinous mouth-filler. The noodles had a good chew and they were the perfect thickness. The broth was wonderful. The murky brown depths were filled with flavour and the play of saltiness on the noodles and beef, combined with the sharp sourness of the pickle, it made for a delicious symphony.
The beef buns were good, a little on the sweet side, but the cumin flavour did shine though. We would go back again and order the same noodles.
