The Wontons here are seriously one of the best I've tried in Hong Kong so far, if not the best. They're better than the rest of the Mak's family stores (all 4 of the different Mak's brands). Wontons are on par with 'Jeng Dau's' in Happy Valley. Bit of marination, pork and fat, prawns were tasty although slightly too crunchy. The soup isn't bad, although it seems a little monotone and dried. The noodles - honestly, thought they had little taste and almost too crunchy, yet, loses the crunchiness af

The noodles - honestly, thought they had little taste and almost too crunchy, yet, loses the crunchiness after being in the soup a little.
Overall, I would say, the next time I come here - I will only order plain Wontons.
They're great though a bit salty inside.
Even though the bowl is small, in fact there is more noodles than other Mak's shops, for a lesser price. So at least its not a rip-off.
