We heard about this restaurant for a while and could have a chance to try it finally tonight.The Yunnan style noodle came with a bowl of hot soup, a plate of vegetables and a plate of chicken, ham and seafoods. The waitress put all the ingredients into the hot pot immediately upon the presentation of these plates. The soup was thick and grissy and hot. This was probably the ways of making the raw meat cooked properly/got ready for serving. We tried the noodle and all the other ingredients they put in after several minutes - it was so delicious. We loved the noodle texture as it was not over done. The chickn and yunnan mushroom soup came with the little pot was so delicious. We loved it. The rose and liquid style desert was interesting. We will find another time to come back and try other foods one day.
