Good veggie butty

Hungry in Sai Kung I stopped here for a quick snack. I was planning to get chips but changed my mind after seeing that they have a 'veggie butty'. I wasn't sure what this was going to be but it turned out to be very similar to a chip butty but instead of chips inside a bun it was fried veggie fitters, (like hash browns but with little chunks of carrot and peas in there as well as potato). The bun used was similar to a panini, it felt like it had been heated in a panini grill prior to serving. Th

 The taste was kind of comforting, it reminded me of the carbohydrate-heavy weekday dinners of my childhood. It tasted like there might have been a tiny amount of tomato ketchup in the bun but I would have preferred a little more, and to push it towards being great I would have added a little cheddar cheese but for the price it was a tasty treat.
