It’s our second time coming to this Taiwan restaurant during lunch time and we were able to get a table quickly at around 1 something.The restaurant was quite large with Taiwan style decoration. However, the seats were quite closely packed together even during the epidemic period. The most famous cuisine here was beef. We ordered a Braised Beef Rib Noodle ($80). The most famous cuisine here was beef. We ordered a Braised Beef Rib Noodle ($80). The portion was quite large with 6-7 pieces of beef ribs. The beef broth was rich and the beef ribs were tender. The noodles also came with vegetables which was healthy. The noodles were chewy!!
We also tried the Noodle with Braised pork ($46). It was smaller than the beef soup noodles comparatively but the appearance looked great also. The plain noodle has a tangy taste which was moist and tasty. The pork was gamy and the taste matched so well with the noodles. It was a bit salty as the sauce underneath was a bit too much.
For the drinks, we orders a cup of cold Melon Tea and a cup of cold Bubble Milk Tea. The melon tea was good and not too sweet. The taste of Bubble Milk Tea was above average and milky. The bubbles were chewy although the amount was a bit too little. The good thing was that you can choose the sweetness and ice freely for the drinks.
We would like to come again for the Railway Bento which was famous too. It would be a nice restaurant to try if you love Taiwan food!
