One of the best Chinese restaurant set lunches I’ve had in causeway bay with delicious food and excellent environment! I was afraid it would be spicy but it wasn’t 😆 the shrimp was fat and juicy just waiting to pop out of the dumpling wrap heheh 😼
Pork with lotus and wagyu beef 🥩
The pork served with lotus root had a thicker, starchier sauce and was sweet with a small hint of vinegar. The beef was simply amazing as I felt as if it just melted in my mouth 🤤
Dessert (boiled papaya with snow fungus)
I usually don’t enjoy these hot soup desserts but this was so good I couldn’t stop 🤣🤣😁😁 it was pretty hot so I had to wait a bit but the papaya was so soft and the fungus was so chewy! It was also pretty sweet but hey, we always want to end a sweet note 🎶
