Poutine is a Canadian dish that is made of french fries dipped in gravy and smothered with cheese curds. Which means it tastes great but has more calories than just plain fries. Who would have thought that I would find a great version in Hong Kong, of all places? Triple O's offers poutine. It tastes quite authentic and holds up well even when it gets cold. I also tried the vegetarian burger and was pleasantly surprised that it was tasty and not the usual bland, cardboard tasting product.
