Good pizza but really disorganised

We ordered takeaway from PE DB as we have done on a number of occasions. Our order has always been ready on time and the service at the takeaway counter prompt and friendly. However they are hopeless at getting our order right. I ordered prosciutto on my American Hot and this was reflected on the bill; however, there wasn't any prosciutto on the pizza when I got it home. We ordered takeaway from PE DB as we have done on a number of occasions. Our order has always been ready on time and the service at the takeaway counter prompt and friendly. However they are hopeless at getting our order right. I ordered prosciutto on my American Hot and this was reflected on the bill; however, there wasn't any prosciutto on the pizza when I got it home. We specifically asked them in a note NOT to pit gorgonzola on the garlic bread; there was gorgonzola on the garlic bread (how difficult is this to get right? What is the point in having a "notes" section on the order form if you don't read the notes?). AND they invoiced us HK$40 as a "delivery charge" despite the fact that it was a pick-up  takeaway order. All in all, not only were they hopelessly slack in their attention to detail, but it actually cost me HK$58 in payment for delivery and prosciutto that I didn't get. I would recommend Pizza Express to anyone for the quality of the food, and it's a welcome addition to the DB landscape but I cannot understand how they get the basics so wrong.
