The best news to foodie dining in Wanchai!! It's happy to hear that Passion has its flagship store in Wanchai which is the biggest store in Hong Kong with two floors!! This pizza tastes like a crack! A very thin biscuit crack as base, topping is many pieces of strawberries mixed with some almond pieces and nuts. With some cheese cream on it making the pizza more tasty.
Raspberry and Lemon Cake
I bought this as breakfast for my family! My mum do loves it as the cake contains a bit lemon sour and sweet from raspberry, but the taste is light and fresh, not too sweet and not too sour. Some pulp on the cake brings a richer texture.
Pistachio in Wafer Cup $38
Pistachio in wafer cup is les glaces "passion", was struggling on the taste selection and luckily they offer customer to try the taste before purchasing. Pistachio is a special favour and it's taste is a bit similar to hazelnut, but this one is lighter and softer than hazelnut, mixing with wafer is the best match and you should try it!!
