There are many original ramen brands from Japan in Hong Kong. Ippudo is one of famous Japanese ramen.I ordered 2 ramen at Tung chung shop. Both are pork bone ramen and one is little bit spicy. Soup and noodles were perfect. I like red one which is little bit spicy. But both were good.The shop is very clean and the server is kind and nice.
