We are a couple who like to dine out at weekends. Been here a few times, cos they have never disappointed us.They are never full, and every time we only see a few tables being occupied - which is really nice for people who love to eat in a quiet environment, but sometimes I wonder if they would close down due to lack of customers - something I don't want to see!Dishes we tried:Bruchetta: niceRavioli: nice in cream sauceFettucine with salmon or scallop, in pesto sauce or cream sauce: nice and in
They are never full, and every time we only see a few tables being occupied - which is really nice for people who love to eat in a quiet environment, but sometimes I wonder if they would close down due to lack of customers - something I don't want to see!
Dishes we tried:
Bruchetta: nice
Ravioli: nice in cream sauce
Fettucine with salmon or scallop, in pesto sauce or cream sauce: nice and in good portion to fulfill my big appetite
Gnocchi in gorgonzola cream sauce: nice
House red: valpolicella, good enough
House white: pinot grigio, good too
( they offer buy 1 get 1 free during happy hour!)
Chocolate fondant pudding that comes with vanilla ice cream: nice
All the dishes were well presented and they all tasted good, dunno if it's very authentic italian, but to us, it's authentic enough at that price!
I love that they have real grated parmesan cheese and chilli flakes, the 2 things I love to add in my pasta! But you'll have to ask for it.
Servers are all friendly and polite. Seats are comfortable.
Only today I found out they are part of the Al dente group, which puzzles me cos we don't like the food at Al dente! Here it seems they have a different chef or something...
