📍Shika Teppanyaki & SushiDinner omakase at Shika for the first time. Ingredients are fresh. The sashimi and cooked items are great. I love their grilled eel, pipping hot, thick and crispy. The braised tuna forehead was yummy. The fried scallop was fried perfectly. The sifu’s own plum wine was a nice touch though a bit too sweet. The sushi pieces however were mediocre. The shari is mushy. Sifu was trying to be very generous so the ingredients were cut very thick, hence the odd shapes 😅You can def

You can definitely feel the passion of the sifu while he was explaining his preparations and concepts. Hope his shari and ratio could get better.
