I don't usually go to Mong Kok but happened to be in the area that day, so quickly searched on OpenRice for some lunch ideas. As a congee and noodle lover, Good Hope Noodles came out as top of my list. It was just after 12 noon and the restaurant was already quite full. Sat down at a booth seat shared with another customer. The Fish Congee arrived bubbling hot. The congee had a smooth texture (despite a little bit too salty), and the fish tasted fresh. The Dried Noodles was just the way I liked it - simple and chewy without any soapy taste. The side soup was on the salty side as expected, but I loved the yellow chives that came with it. A quick and satisfied meal!
