Went at 10.30am with family of 5. Service was good despite us sitting upstairs. Crowd starting building up after 11.30am; so good to be there early.Food quality was good; loved the piggy custard bun and beef dumpling. Milk tea was kind of average. All in all, cost us less than $300 after 2 rounds of ordering!!
