After a walk along the Tseung Kwan O Waterfront Park, my sister and I went to this new restaurant for lunch. Food quality and service are very good. Price is reasonable. The US sirloin steak was served medium rare in a clay pot with a tray. There was charcoal inside the clay pot and you might further heat the steak to your desirable level. The steak was tender, juicy and full of flavour. It went well with the salted garlic sauce, and tasted healthier and more authentic. The accompanying vegetables were fresh and yummy, especially the mushrooms. The portion was generous.
The baked halibut cooked in a folded pouch was another healthy and delicious choice. The spices and vegetables added flavours to the halibut. We enjoyed the dish without worrying about calories.
We finished our lunch with a coffee. It was creamy and aromatic, much to our satisfaction.
The environment of the restaurant is relaxed and comfortable. It is a good place to catch up with friends and family. You may bring your dog and enjoy your meal in the outside seating area, feeling the breeze and sunshine. You will feel like having a vacation.
