This is my first time to write critics on a restaurant. It is because this restaurant is really unacceptable. We went there on 1/7 and waited for around 15 mins. The environment is okay but the food is quite poor. It is also a bit more expensive than other competitors. We went there on 1/7 and waited for around 15 mins. The environment is okay but the food is quite poor. It is also a bit more expensive than other competitors. Since this was the first time we went there, we ordered some common food:
"Crab egg" salad: just average and the sauce is tasteless
eel sushi: When the sushi was on our table, I was quite shocked as the size of rice was so huge. We worried that the rice part was produced by machine. And the most intolerable thing was that the rice was warm. Also, it was lacking in the taste of vinegar. I didn't feel I was eating sushi.
salmon sushi: Though it costed only HKD9 (so as to compete with the rivals), it did not worth it. The salmon was just as thick as a piece of paper. This made the sushi tasteless at all.
All others sushi were poor coz they were all having the same problems:
1. size of rice too huge
2. rice is warm
3. rice is lacking in taste of vinegar
And finally, we got our dessert - a candy per person!!!! I think even children will not get attracted by these poor-quality candies. Ridiculous!
