This Cutlet enterie is good in its own right. The service from the managers are great- attentive, good manners: The bus boys are only acceptable (a bit black face). We had the pork chop cutlet. Didn't like the dressing on the shredded cabbage (contrary to prior post, It is not julienned) but the cabbage was good itself: fresh, evenly cut.
Ordered a salad: standard romain, tomato, Salmon and Smooth Sesame dressing. Also fresh and the dressing matched well, especially preluding the heavy entree.
We were a bit surprised by the Sashimi: Much better than we thought for <$200, especially not in a sushi bar but a Cutlet Eaterie. Thick, tender cuts of tuna, salmon octopus and yellow tail, better than some of the mid-range sushi place's delux sushi set.
Overall, I think I'd rather come here than the other cutlet places where long lines, higher price and similar food awaits.
