I ordered the Pho Tai Chin, which was pho with both medium rare beef slices and well done beef shank, and their Vietnamese iced coffee. The food took about 10 minutes to come, and when it did, the waitress who served it to me stated the order number was A30, when mine was A22. I thought that maybe she just misspoke but the beef slices which were meant to be medium rare were clearly well done. Definitely got someone else's order. The food took about 10 minutes to come, and when it did, the waitress who served it to me stated the order number was A30, when mine was A22. I thought that maybe she just misspoke but the beef slices which were meant to be medium rare were clearly well done. Definitely got someone else's order. I thought, okay, well honest mistakes happen, I'll let it slide, plus it was still decent, I'd rate it 3.5 out of a 5 in taste - soup was tasty but the beef just wasn't what I expected. After I finished my meal, I paid by Visa, and when I got back my card and receipt and got up to leave, a waiter asked me to pay for my meal. Seriously? Staff needs to be more organised.
