I've been to Itacho Sushi for three times, and this is my third time (first two times were Itacho in TST). When I watch the TV shows every Sunday with Ricky Cheng recently, with the knowledge of Japanese's traditions and food I think that Itacho should be a serious restaurant managed by him. This was what I'm thinking of more then half years ago when I first tried Itacho.
My first time with Itacho is OK, while the second time still can be regarded as OK couple of months ago in TST. But this third time was a disaster, total disaster.
The sashimi was not really fresh in the first place. I couldn’t imagine why they are not fresh as there is always a bunch of people outside the restaurant queuing. Most important is, the service is really bad. The waiters always have missing orders and their attitude weren’t up to standard neither.
For the price they are charging for, both food and service standards are below expectation.
I truly recommend readers here to think twice before going for a dinner at Itacho Sushi.
