looked great. Presentation was excellent! The puff alone had a thin crust and a moist "body"; quite nice. Everything was looking good until the tasting.

Chocolate and tofu create a strange combination, which to tell the truth I did not enjoy. The water from the hot tofu mixed with chocolate sauce was just... not a match. Floury soy and diluted chocolate flavours did not convince my tastebuds. I think they would have preferred a standard Puff Pastry Soup instead. The dessert, personally, would have been much better with only chocolate sauce on top of the puff and no chocolate at all with the tofu. Soy + cocoa in this case: I would say, without hesitation, a big "NO".
Other than this incompatible mix, big thumbs up for the creative invention!

The baked tofu puff was original, but still remains strange. Next time, I will stick to regular stuff: either Chinese only or Western only.
