One One Fish One is located inside Doresett Hotel in Tai Kok Tsui. Heard the ingredients are imported from Japan so we came here to try out the Japanese style hotpot. The place was completely empty when we arrived, we thought we went to the wrong place. We ordered the Christmas / Happy New Year Set Dinner ($776 for 2).Sashimi Sashimi set includes Hokkaido Hairy Crab x 1, Japanese Botan Shrimp x 2 and Canadian Sea Urchin. Meat
Half Hokkaido Silkypork and Australia Wagyu. Thin slices but it was fresh and the meat is lean.
Soup (forgot to take a photo)
4 kinds of soup to choose from Beppu Hell Spicy Soup, Nagasaki Whit Pork Soup, Soy Milk Soup or Sukiyaki Soup. We ordered soy milk soup. Creamy in color and very strong soy milk taste. We drank 1 full bowl of soy milk before we start to hotpot.
Seafood Platter
Platter includes Gaint Groupers x 4, Razor Clams x 2, Oyster x 2, Clams x 1, Squid x 4, Abalone x 2. All the seafood taste very fresh.
Mixed Vegetables Basket
The set did not include any noodles so we ordered udon. Udon is chewy.
Overall, all the ingredients is very fresh but nothing special.
