Sushi Tachi is an excellent restaurant that offers a superb Japanese experience. The sushi is fresh, delicate, and delicious. The service is impeccable and the ambiance is elegant. My wife and I travel around the world exploring some of the finest eating experiences, and for Japanese, we have not found better anywhere, the freshness and flavours were insane and we rated every dish at least 10/10. We have eaten at lots of the big name restaurants and to experience such a wonderful establishment in Hong Kong blew us away! Thanks team Sushi Tachi, we will be back again soon.
