 It is very thoughtful of For Single to provide a single shot of espresso for the coffee beans you choose, so that you can taste the origin flavour of the coffee. I was stunned by the strong and rather acidic taste, as this is the first time ever I tried an authentic espresso coffee (I usually have white coffee…). Yet, it was a nice experience. And this is the time when I appreciated the long black even more, with the bitterness and acidity diluted by water.

Definitely coming back to try out other coffee origins, and the desserts too!
