I am meeting a friend tonight for dinner and he suggested a place at Sai Ying Pun. The café was called Fish & Chick, located around 4 minutes walk from Sai Ying Pun MTR.During dinner, they served dinner set for 2 persons. Besides that, they offered their signature fish n chips, roasted chicken, snacks, desserts, salad and drinks etc. Fresh ginger beer - The chef used fresh ginger to mix with the soda, thus it was very refreshing and gassy, perfect for this hot weather. Fresh ginger beer - The chef used fresh ginger to mix with the soda, thus it was very refreshing and gassy, perfect for this hot weather. Ginger taste was strong as well.
Fresh orange juice - They really used fresh orange juice to squeeze as I can see a lot of orange bits and meats resting at the top of the glass. It was served cold and refreshing, sweet as well.
Fried fresh calamari - It was of small size, and yet it was fried till very crispy outside and still very chewy. It was juicy as well, and sauce was provided to enhance the taste.
Half roasted chicken with sweet corn - The chef was quite generous with the portion, even with half portion. The skin was roasted till very thin and crispy, able to have the charred taste. Meat was still juicy and smooth, with the gravy sauce enhancing the taste. Sweet corn was juicy and sweet as well.
