At night,I had dinner in a posh characterized Sichuan restaurant called ''ChuanXi restaurant''(川熙樓) where located in M/F, The Kimberley Hotel, 28 Kimberley Road, Tsim Sha Tsui(尖沙咀金巴利道28號君怡酒店M樓).There are numerous chinese style ornaments on the wooden shelf & red lantern shapes lightings at the entrance of this restaurant.The whole restaurant decorates in a very traditional Chinese style with buddas & Bodhisattvas printings,Chinese porcelains,Chinese calligraphy,wooden hollow carved screens,Tsin

This dish composes of beef brisket(牛腩),beef tendon(牛筋) & beef tripe(牛肚) stir fried with chilis & corianders.This dish seems extremely spicy & hot,right?!Don't fool by its bloody red appearance!!
People usually think the red chili is the fiery ones?Contrary,it is the green ones addes spicyness to the dish.
This green chili is from Hunan province.(湖南椒).If you are an adventurer looking for execitements,pick the green ones to spice up your taste buds!!!
