H One is a good choice for business lunch during the weekdays, semi-buffet style with great variety of selections of salad, parma ham, cheese and some hot dishes as well; they serve the best.For main course, I usually choose pasta, the light one as the appetizer buffet has already made me 70% full. Not very high expectation of the main, it cannot be compared with dinner quality; but still fine.Dessert is so so, maybe I'm really not a sweet fan. But I like to finish with coffee, before going back

If you are not working in Central, you may complain about the crowds, but comparatively, it is acceptable. Just queue for appetizer might take you a few minutes, cannot really think but pick one of each plates quickly.
