I prefer the Wagyu beef that very tender and the potato pave is special.

The bamboo charcoal thin crisp got an attractive outlook and the taste like shrimp crackers.
For the main course is US prime Angus ribeye steak, medium rare inside with well grilled surface that is juicy and delicious.
Finally, desert of the day not simple as others, chocolate lava cake warm and soft. The dried strawberries cut into pieces and fresh fruit show a beautiful presentation.
