Went to a small street at Yuen Long, found this amazing small japanese restaurant with my friend. The restaurant is too small, actually I don't even realize there was a Japanese restaurant until my friend took me there. Scallop Sushi - Textile is soft and huge size, this is just about $3x for two pieces. Another nice pick and good try! Scallop is fresh and price is really valuable and even better than my expectation.
Salmon Sashimi - big slice with appropriate fat portion on each piece, a must-pick item before you start any dish in this restaurant! This is stunning and fantastic!
Deep fried crap Sushi set - huge portion in 4 piece, gorgeous presentation and this can compare with deluxe japanese restaurant no matter taste, presentation.
Pan-fried Mackerel - portion is not as big as Sushi selection but it came in with fresh taste, textile is soft with juicy taste. Really distinguishing!
Overall environment, shop is really small and only have less than 20 seats and less than 10 tables. Must get there earlier to avoid long queue if really mind to queue. Only one waitress to help, so, need to be patient when ordering. Even shop is small, staff is friendly and place is tidy and clean.
