The breadbasket.
This is the worst bread basket I every tried in a fine dining . The bun is really dry and not hot at all . More important , the butter is not spreadable , very hard that I guess it took out from the freezer directly .After having the first bite , it even hardly to chew with it awful texture.
Tuna tartare
Tuna tartare with avocado is a new invention ! A base of avocado , orange , shallot and coriander stirred thoroughly to create its fruitful texture . I never tried a tartare tastes that sophisticated! Finished with sour cream and salmon roe surly can bring out the freshness of the sashimi -grade tuna and sweet spanner crab . Tastes really refreshing and subtle .
The Foie Gras
The foie gras is in thick slice , big portion with nice presentation .The duck liver seared in a French way , taste extremely smooth and rich with its luscious nature. It even complex the flavors with 4 different kinds of seasonings ( sea salt , green tea salt , caramel salt and organic black pepper ) . The apple compote and toast match well with the Foie gras . It balance the grease of the foie gras and blend well in your mouth while creating it's melty temptation . The homemade brioche toasted in golden crisp , with its honey coat , taste awesome !
Sautéed Garlic Prawns
Sautéed Garlic Prawns are in average . Tiger prawns grilled to perfect condition with garlic flakes . The dish even enhanced by a dash of lobster bisque . However , I think it is a bit over . The lobster bisque is blended in a dense and strong flavor the actually cover the prawn nature hint . A waste with its outstanding outlook with aromatic sense .
Brioled sea scallops
The broiled sea scallops stand its ground . The scallops is extremely fresh in a gigantic size . The texture is firm with it natural sea salt hint , wrapped in apple wood smoked bacon , it don't even need any marination to bring out the dish . Bacon was grilled into crisp , with mango chutney, very flavorful and add a contrast to its saltiness. Of course , in an attractive looking too. This time - honored grill favorites is the high light of the meal .
The lamb
However , lamb are a bit insipid and ordinary . The lamb quality wasn't that good , tasteless even with its sizzling grill cooking method . The lamb is not in that tender texture and not even juicy , all reply on the sauce . The side dishes was not a good accompany too , green wild rocket are merely sloppy placed on side , a bit disappointed .
Overall , the performance is above average . Big capacity with private rooms , high table area , casual drinking area and the lounge . Modern interior designs with large comprehensive wine rack and dark wood furnishings , features elegant and unique surroundings . The terrace savor a stunning view and the ambience surly impress you . However , the service is a bit rush and hurry due to lack of staff . Hope they have improvements on the details in the coming future .
