I heard so much about their explicit decor but after visiting I think their menu is not talked about nearly enough.Lung fu pao has a tight seating so we made sure that we booked a reservation before hand. We sat at the bar, far right corner where we watched the chef slice quality fish.

Everything came out really quickly. To begin with, we had the snapper carpaccio. Their Lung boat, had an array of sashimi and sushi. Their fresh prawn was mild, sweet and creamy. Both fatty tuna and salmon were so fresh and tasty, chewing was absolutely unnecessary. Uni, roe, snapper, flounder, scallops.
Their spicy salmon roll had the right balance of rice and marinated salmon. It was topped with crunchy shallots, mayo and chilli. Just watch out for the chilli, they do bite.
We also had mushroom, eggplant, peppers, zucchini and eel on skewers - which were alright.
They were a bit understaffed but everyone was friendly and the food came out with no delay.
