Fast food restaurant

Outside of the restaurant gave us a good impression, however when we actually sat down we realized nothing goes right! Seating was too close to each other like a fast food restaurant. They ran out of pork chop in early stage; It was only 1:50pm and around 24 guests at that time. The soup was watery not creamy and not hot enough, our main course took 20 minutes; the other two tables came in later than us already got their main meal. Outside of the restaurant gave us a good impression, however when we actually sat down we realized nothing goes right! Seating was too close to each other like a fast food restaurant. They ran out of pork chop in early stage; It was only 1:50pm and around 24 guests at that time. The soup was watery not creamy and not hot enough, our main course took 20 minutes; the other two tables came in later than us already got their main meal. I ordered the salmon paste - salmon was fishy, pasta was way too soft!!! I only ate 1/4 of my meal. My friend's lamb chop was okay. It happend that our neighbour was also dining there and they paid for our bills. Before we departed we notified our waitress that our bill was paid. She came back and said it wasn't paid; again I asked her to check clearly (the restaurant in fact is using the computer system and still make mistakes) -- HUMAN ERROR !! Later on she came back apologized that it was pre-paid and here we are fianlly can make our way out the door and leaving with a terrible sunday off! The only compliment I can give is the ladies toilet was clean and well-kept.
