This is a very small restaurant in Cheung Sha Wan mainly featuring Japanese style don/sashimi rice. The salmon miso soup was rich and tasted like it had been broiling for quite some time. The whelk in chili sauce was a common, if not mundane, appetizer - quite sure it's sold in commercially available packs. The sashimi was quite fresh and the sea urchin did not have that sweetish stale taste which was often found in local dishes. The sashimi rice was a bit hard for my palate - likely related to
