The dining experience at Vivere was truly delightful, food was great, with really nice night view and excellent service. The octopus salad was a refreshing and light starter. The octopus was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. It was accompanied by a vibrant mix of fresh greens, cherry tomatoes, and a zesty vinaigrette that added a tangy kick. We also ordered mussels in White Sauce. The mussels were incredibly fresh and plump, perfectly cooked in a creamy white sauce that was rich and flavorful. The sauce added highlight to the dish.
Main dish we have Grilled Salmon Pavé. The salmon fillet was beautifully grilled and had a crispy skin while maintaining its succulent and moist flesh. The dish was elegantly presented and tasted exquisite.
For dessert, I indulged in the molten chocolate cake. The cake was perfectly baked, with a rich and gooey chocolate center. It was served with a scoop of velvety vanilla ice cream, which complemented the warm chocolate cake beautifully.
Overall, my dining experience at Vivere was exceptional, highly recommended!
