Excellent Hotpot

One of the best hotpot places in Hong Kong. Very friendly staff and decent pricing with that enviroment and quality of food. We sat down and ordered a bottle of sake first. It was then time to order the soup base, the staff recommended their traditional pot called Golden Chicken Soup Base (金屋藏嬌). The soup base contained a winter melon with 1 whole chicken inside and other various chinese herbs and vegetables. It looked amazing.We then ordered other food to put into the soup.  We then ordered other food to put into the soup. We went for various dumplings, enoki mushrooms, sliced fatty beef, abalone and udon. The highlight of the night was definately the raw beef sashimi and the thinly sliced geoduck.

 We had a wonderful time with the great service and food. Will definately come again.
