Lunched this Tuesday. Came at around 2pm...still a lot of people, 90% full...those office people no need to work today?!Receptionist girl (in traditional Korean dress, nice!) gave 4 of us a window sofa/cart seat. Deco is nice. TV inside was showing Rain's MTV...my friends (Rain's fan) kept watching it all the time (helpless!). They said they never saw it. Must be the most latest one imported from Korea. Set lunch are cheap...only $48?! My friends ordered spicy stone rice, seafood ku-fu soup pot

Set lunch are cheap...only $48?! My friends ordered spicy stone rice, seafood ku-fu soup pot and a fish. I ordered sth different...korean fan-si ($28) and dumplings ($28).
The portion was quite big...togethe with the free cold dishes (8 dishes!)...enough for 5 people! I like spicy stone rice most...sepcially good for winter. The soup for the ku-fu pot was little spicy, but waked me up from the hang-over (drank too much last nite). I tried the korean fan-si before before in cold dish, but the fan-si i'd was newly-fried. Quite big in portion (for $28) and it tasted fine. The Dumplings ... well...quite different from Chinese one...it's bigger and more vege inside...new experience...
Almost forget the free cold dishes. They're the best I've ever tried. The little salty fish was good...I really want to know where they buy it...'cos it goes perfect with beer!
When the managress knew that we're all spicy food lovers, she brought us some cold dishes only for korean or japanese customers. Really nice...there're fresh kimchi and other spicy vege. I thought why they discriminated the chinese, but the truth, as the managress explained, is that most chinese couldn't take spicy food like korean does. I learnt a lesson. I'll tell her next time that we're spicy lovers!
4 of us are really full...but the waiter told us that they still had dessert to serve! The girls ordered ice-cream (girls always crazy about ice-cream) I ordered hong-zu tea...first time to try this...boiled from real hong-zu...not too sweety...good for my hang-over throat and the winter time.
finally we pay about $220 for 4 heads....and spend 2 hours there...because the girls insisted to finish the Rain's video!! Waiters still served us well. A credit here.
Very cheap & bargain during lunch! Will try the dinner this Saturday (my friend's birhtday).
