egg puff/waffle.one of the most popular snack for all Hong Kong peoplebut can you imagine there is filling inside a egg waffle.this shop is known as the "inventor" of stuffed egg waffle. red bean custard egg waffls is another suprise, they literally put loads of red bean paste in the middle of egg waffle (like 3 big spoon of red bean custard in) and then, they put the two side of egg waffle back together and add some mixture on the side to "stick" the two sides back together. when it continue to bake" you can see red bean custard "explode" out like lavar
it is like a sandwich when egg waffle on the ouside and loads of filling stuffed inside.
red bean one taste even better, as it is not soooo sweet and still , you can get individual beans. 100% real red beans
however, for the chocolate one, it is rather too dry, and egg waffle turns into crips like and loss the texture of sponge
also, I think if there is also coco powder mixed will taste even better.
there is also cheese/ black sesame. chees is a single piece of cheese places in the middle and black sesame are some spay of sesame on the outside.
