Using Kowloon Flour Mill’s premier Blue Narcissus Supreme Low-Gluten Flour, patisserie chef has crafted a selection of tantalising treats that blend both Eastern and Western flavours. Highlights include delicate barbecued pork buns filled with Hong Kong’s favourite barbecue meat 🍖, and fragrant New Caledonia blue prawn dumplings packed with plump shrimp 🦐.
On the sweeter side, a passionfruit banana cake layering tropical fruit with rich chocolate is a sure crowd-pleaser. 🍌 A pistachio white chocolate roulade rolled with crunchy nuts and creamy filling delivers indulgence in every bite. 🥜 And a smooth mango panna cotta topped with almond crumble brings a refreshing conclusion. 🥭
