I ordered a bag of coffee ground for espresso off their website. When it arrived it was whole beans and not grounded yet. I called their store today and they were apologetic. However their solution was for me to go into their store to get the coffee beans grounded. This place got my order wrong and I have to waste my time to get it fixed?I offered to return it for a refund but this is against “company policy”. I offered to return it for a refund but this is against “company policy”. Instead without consulting with me they said someone will come to my house (at a time I’m not available) to get collect it and get it grounded and return it later.
Avoid this place. There are plenty of other stores that sell coffee and probably get your order right.
