I believe a chef and a restaurant do need to care for their customers when making every dish, it is simply unacceptable for me that the chef mixed the shattered clam shells in together with the rice to cook! My every bite was mouthful of shattered shell pieces and one actually cut my mouth (gum). The clams were not fresh either, so I guess this was why the chef used a lot of coriander and oil to cover the fishy odor. The other dish we ordered was a pasta, but it was too oily and watery as well
