long story short, *NOT PET FRIENDLY*STAFF BAD ATTITUDES*Details:-I had a really disappointing experience at this newly opened restaurant, and I feel compelled to share it.I was excited when I heard about this restaurant opening near my place. Today, I checked Google Maps, and it said they would open at 11 am. I got there with my dog (a 4kg toy poodle) at 11ish, but a lady working there told me they were actually opening at 11:30 am. I asked if I could check out the menu first, and she said sure.

I had a really disappointing experience at this newly opened restaurant, and I feel compelled to share it.

I was excited when I heard about this restaurant opening near my place. Today, I checked Google Maps, and it said they would open at 11 am. I got there with my dog (a 4kg toy poodle) at 11ish, but a lady working there told me they were actually opening at 11:30 am. I asked if I could check out the menu first, and she said sure. As I was looking at the menus on the reception table, a male staff came over and told me that dogs weren't allowed inside. He suggested I look at the menu posted outside on the street. So, I went back to the entrance. He then mopped the floor where my dog had been standing. Honestly, we live upstairs, we just took the elevator down to this café, I'm sure my dog's paws are probably cleaner than your shoes. His action seemed unnecessary. 😥

I came back at 11:30 am with my dog, I was the first customer, and the same guy instructed me to find a seat myself on the other side where dogs allowed. I went into the pet area and sat down with my dog. Even though I was the first customer, three staff members stayed on the other side for a while. Finally, someone put a QR code on my table and told me to place order myself. After ordering, I needed to use the restroom, but the vibe of the place didn't seem friendly at all. I decided to take my belongings and my dog with me to the restroom. But when I got to the restroom door, the guy from earlier rushed over and asked, "Miss, what are you doing? Anything can help!?" I explained that I came alone with my dog and needed to use the restroom, and I asked if he could watch my dog if I couldn't bring him inside. He just replied, "You hold the dog yourself!" His attitude was truly unsatisfactory. I couldn't help but tell him, "You guys are not friendly at all!" 😥

After using the restroom, I returned to the pet area with a sullen face. One of the staff asked the guy what happened to me since I looked upset. The guy then told his colleague about my dog.

By the time I got back from the restroom, they had left the food on my table. The whole experience was really poor. Sitting in the pet area meant getting no service from the staff, even though they still charged a service fee.

I took a few bites of the food, went to the main entrance with the QR code ready to pay, and was worried that the staff would be rude to me again if I entered with my dog. But to my surprise, the same guy shouted, "You come in!!" (It felt like he was shouting at me to pay.) 😥

If you guys dislike dogs, please don't call yourselves as a pet-friendly café. You really should have focused on cleaning the post-renovation dust, dirt, and the restroom, instead of just the floor where pets have been standing. 😐
