Been to this place a few years ago, the quality of which by then was not too bad, hence the present visit.Ordered the following items of "materials", not quite qualify as food:1. Lobster Bisque ($58)Taste exactly the same as those served in Cafe de Coral a few years ago. The SHRIMPS therein are bland. Horrible.2. Black Truffle Mushroom soup ($48)Fortunately, quite normal.3. 1. Lobster Bisque ($58)
Taste exactly the same as those served in Cafe de Coral a few years ago. The SHRIMPS therein are bland. Horrible.
2. Black Truffle Mushroom soup ($48)
Fortunately, quite normal.
3. Green Apple and Walnut salad ($68)
The mango syrup adhered on the apple slices gives a disturbingly unnatural taste. Only the walnut is edible.
4. Deep fried cube of Brie cheese ($78)
The cheese is fine. But the berry dipping sauce is again too artificial.
5. Green Tea Soba Carbonara ($98)
A dish that resembles the assorted cold noodle that you can get at the snack stalls. It is NOT hot at all. Unbelievable.
6. Buffalo Wings ($62)
I only had 0.5 piece out of 6. The sauce is no way near the ordinary BBQ sauce. The meat is tasteless and even a bit stinky. I was appalled.
P.S. During our visit, a waitress poured a whole trayful of dishes and/or utentils on to the ground right behind me.
