We bought a honey butter chess pie (9 inch) ($400) to celebrate a friend's birthday, and we used the delivery service ($40).We selected the delivery time to be the 11am-1pm slot, but the delivery arrived 2 hours earlier than 11am, at around 9am, which was very unexpected. The pie came with a Happy Birthday sign that we requested. When it came to cutting the pie, it was a bit hard to cut the crust, as it was quite hard.
The pie tasted amazing. It was not too sweet as one might expect, but the dominant flavor of honey in the pie was just the right amount. Sweet, but not too sweet that it became unpleasant. The pie filling was soft and extremely filling, but the crust was hard and slightly crunchy, which was complementary to the filling.
It is recommended for 6 people to share this 9 inch pie, as it is quite large and filling.
