Delicious Degustation Dinner Menu

My friend and I tried the Degustation menu. They served carrot hummus on nut crackers in the beginning although it wasn't part of the menu. The hummus was very fresh. This was followed by a creamy cabbage/beetroot soup. For starters, I got the faux-gras with apple cavier and potato mousseline. The different flavors in this dish went very well together. For mains, I got the Starlight Risotto made of black rice, black garlic foam and silver leaf. For dessert, we got 2 types of vegan cheese and 2 s

For dessert, we got 2 types of vegan cheese and 2 small cakes (raw Carrot cake and passion fruit cheeze cake). Everything was delicious. This was my third time and I'll definitely return soon. When we were leaving, they have us a box of masks and a hand sanitizer for free!
