My friend and I tried the Degustation menu. They served carrot hummus on nut crackers in the beginning although it wasn't part of the menu. The hummus was very fresh. This was followed by a creamy cabbage/beetroot soup. For starters, I got the faux-gras with apple cavier and potato mousseline. The different flavors in this dish went very well together.
