Saw a small que at around 12 on Saturday and decided to walk in due to the selection of Udon displayed on the shops foam board outside.After a quick wait and quick ordering from the kiosk I was seated in a “solo” booth. I ordered the cold mentaiko udon as I wanted something with more texture. I was pleasantly surprised with the udon texture as it was so chewy! It is definitely the best I’ve had in (Hong Kong). I asked the manager about the Udon and they mentioned it’s hand made with 100% Hokkaido wheat! No wonder!
It was a steal with this quality. I will definitely come back and try their other selections as the hot soup bases seem very attractive !
