Tsim Sha Tsui is an area that is clustered with several Japanese restaurants, beside Mongkok. I was meeting one of my friends for dinner and we suggested having steamboat. My friend recommend this shop, thus we headed for it without any further ado. It is located conveniently beside K-11, withing walking distance from MTR.  Shop space was very huge and spacious, ample space for gathering and couple dine out. Once we were seated, the waiter brought us a tray of seasoning and sauces for us to mix.

Once we were seated, the waiter brought us a tray of seasoning and sauces for us to mix. There were red cut chilli, garlic, onions & chilli etc. It is a must during steamboat, as anyone can decide on their own recipe sauce.

Melon preserved eggs Guan Qian pot - There were few choices for us to choose for our soup base. As we wanted something light and healthy, we go for melon preserved eggs. A cut out winter melon was placed in between of the pot, with some preserved eggs in it as well. Soup was clear and sweet, good enough for me. 
Prime Angus Beef

We go for their prime angus beef buffet, priced at $248 per person. Every piece of beef was cut till very fine, like a piece of paper. It was cooked very fast, taking roughly 10 seconds for it to cook. The meat was tender and soft, quite a good one.

Tiger prawn - As prawn get cooked easily, in order to get their optimal texture, we let it boiled for roughly a minute. As this is a tiger orawn, the size was slightly larger than usual. Meat was sweet and chewy.

Fresh pork meat ball with caviar & hand made king prawn paste - This is the dish i enjoy most. As both were hand made, we were given a stick to scoop those meat into the soup, depending on our own means. Both were very fresh and chewy, able to taste the freshness in it.

Fresh beef meat ball with goose liver - Goose liver was placed inside the meat ball. I do not really enjoy this dish as the beef ball was not really tender and there is a weird taste in it.

As this place's main focus was on hotpot, thus i do not have really high expectations of their sashimi. We ordered a piece each of every selection. Abalone & scallop was so-so, not chewy enough. Salmon & yellow tail sashimi was decent though.

Lava chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream - In the menu, this dessert is a must order, thus we go for this. Surprisingly, this desserts make quite a good attempt. Lava cake was oven till slightly crispy, but the lava chocolate was flowing endlessly out of the cake once i pop a hole. Chocolate was rich and when mixed with the ice cream, it make a good combination.
