We got there a little bit before 7 but the restaurant was still pretty empty.
-The chawanmushi was also not bad with sufficient ingredients inside
-They served it on plain rice, which was still slightly warm
-The negitoro was delicious! Fatty and melted in my mouth I wouldn’t have minded more spring onions though
-The ikura had good texture but could be a little bit more marinated
-The amaebi was nice and sweet, though it had a sort of artificial taste to me
My friend ordered bluefin otoro and it was really good! Fatty, rich and delicious
