Decent burger for HK standards

I realize that it's hard to find a good quality burger for a reasonable price in Hong Kong. Panda Burger comes close to it. For most HKer's, this place would be awesome. For me, since I've had way better burgers in the past, this place is average. But I'm judging this restaurant based on my burger experience in HK. And so far, Panda Burger would be up on my list. The meat is not overly seasoned like other places...they allow the flavor of the beef to come through. But it is a bit dry...I had to

I realize that it's hard to find a good quality burger for a reasonable price in Hong Kong. Panda Burger comes close to it. For most HKer's, this place would be awesome. For me, since I've had way better burgers in the past, this place is average. But I'm judging this restaurant based on my burger experience in HK. And so far, Panda Burger would be up on my list. The meat is not overly seasoned like other places...they allow the flavor of the beef to come through. But it is a bit dry...I had to douse it with ketchup to give it some moisture. If they used a fattier beef patty, it would be juicier. It's about $40 for the burgers, they have beef, chicken, lamb, and pork belly. I've only tried the beef and lamb. The pork belly definitely sounds interesting. I like the crispiness of the fries here. The soup, on the other hand, could use some work. It's a bit watered down and the flavor is diluted.
