i quite like the environment of this Simple Life, it's comparatively more spacious with a view of looking kids ice skating.This time, I have ordered a Tom yum seafood risotto. The idea is quite interesting, having a twist in cooking classic risotto in Thai way. As the risotto is spicy, the dish doesn't taste too milky, the texture is still thick and creamy but with a touch of spiciness, which elevates the richness of the whole dish in general.
