同朋友去到銅鑼灣搵嘢食,我哋喺Square後面一個好靚嘅相鞋入邊搵到呢一間型格西餐廳。佢係行fusion菜嘅路線,所以入邊有一啲中、西、東南亞都有嘅風味菜式。上到去環境好靚好舒服,都係以黑色為主嘅幾有格調。店員仲會好認真咁為你解釋每一碟嘅菜式,非常有儀式感。


Lobster Bisque Arancini
Aracini其實係sicilian dish,係一舊 deep fried rice ball, 上邊就有少少Lobster汁同芝士,入面幾chewy, 面頭仲有一大嚿嘅海膽,相當fusion, 海膽好新鮮,不過就冇乜龍蝦味,主要係食到海膽同芝士嘅味為主嘅。


Tuna Tartare
呢個都係一道fusion嘅菜,配上米餅同紫菜餅個味道幾特別。個吞拿魚他他就比較辣嘅,因為加咗啲中式辣油,好彩亦都有酸酸地嘅牛油果中和返個辣味,食落幾新鮮。

Drunken Crab Pasta
呢一道菜亦都非常之fusion,佢用咗紹興酒配上蟹肉同埋墨汁意粉。蟹肉嘅份量非常之多,而且個意粉亦都比較乾身,唔會顯得油膩,食得爽快。


Crispy short ribs
呢度菜最特別嘅地方係佢個汁係由山楂整成嘅,所以味道會酸酸甜甜。而佢個肉亦都非常之脆,好似脆皮嘅燒肉。薯蓉就係用咗好多牛油混合而成嘅所以好香嘅牛油味,非常creamy,不過亦都會比較肥膩。

Coffee negroni
苦口,咖啡甘香,最特別嘅係佢嘅冰上面都有自己嘅logo,盡顯餐廳既心機。

Salt babe
簡單講就係一杯鹹檸七,好清新,亦都還原度超高音樂好好飲,酸酸甜甜有少少Magarita feel😂推介👍🏼
